Cancellation Policy
Please note that we can only offer refunds if requests are made more than 5 days before the event by contacting info@loveblackcountry.org.uk. Any cancellations less than 5 days before the event or ‘no-shows on the day’ will incur the full charge of £10 per ticket as we will incur costs with the hotel. We hope you understand.
