Administration Support Officer – 12 month FTC

UCB is looking to appoint an Administration Support Officer to join our busy and friendly Supporter Care Team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day processing of incoming mail, supporter sign-ups and address changes, and the handling of donations, direct debits, and payment cards—both by post and online. You’ll need to be numerate, accurate, and confident using computer databases.

If you can bring a calm, professional approach, a willing smile, and the ability to organise a busy workload with care and composure, this may be the role for you.

The ideal candidate will:
• Have excellent attention to detail and confidence working with data and numbers
• Be computer literate and comfortable learning new systems
• Show strong interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Be able to manage and prioritise a varied and busy workload
• Work well both independently and as part of a close-knit, supportive team

If you enjoy working behind the scenes to help things run smoothly—and want to be part of a team that values excellence, service, and purpose—we’d love to hear from you.

The permanent site of operations following the completion of refurbishment will be located at UCB Operations Centre, 94 Westport Rd, Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent ST6 4JF. However, temporary accommodation is to be confirmed within the Stoke on Trent area.

Hybrid working, including working from home, may be available at the discretion of the Team Leader following successful training.

Closing date for applications: Friday 15th August 2025

Interviews: Wednesday 27th August 2025

Salary: £24,098 per annum plus staff benefits. UCB's staff benefits include life assurance of 4x salary, healthcare cash plan, and matched pension contributions up to 6%
