Follow the Star – Family Event
Brought to you in conjunction with St Mary’s Church, Oldswinford Primary School, Chawn Hill Church. We are pleased to announce that there is a new fun activity for you and your family to enjoy that embodies Christmas and which is non-contact and socially distanced!
Follow The Star
So, “what does ‘Follow The Star’ involve?” we hear you ask!
Well, your task is to see if you can follow lots of stars to each of the activity points along the way to uncover the story of Christmas. At each activity point there will be information about what is there, a fun activity for you to take part in and instructions on where to go next!
‘Follow The Star’ will start at the entrance of Mary Stevens Park (Stanley Road entrance) and it will go on to Oldswinford Primary School (Field Lane). The trail of stars will then continue on to the grounds of St Mary’s Church in Oldswinford where the trail will end…
It’ll remain a surprise as to what you will find there at the end of the trail BUT you will need a smartphone and the ability to scan a QR code to take part in the last activity.
