Job Vacancy: Marketing and Communications Manager with INF

About INF:
The International Nepal Fellowship (INF) is one of Nepal’s longest serving international NGOs with decades of experience working with poor and disadvantaged people and communities. Formed on missionary principles in 1952, we have developed into a forward-thinking and impactful organisation, supporting a cutting edge hospital, community health and development programmes that reach diverse and hard-to-reach groups in some of the poorest and most remote parts of Nepal.
We have drawn up ambitious plans to significantly grow the scale of the projects we support in Nepal, so that we can make a much bigger impact and reach more people. In order to achieve the desired impact we are looking for an exceptional individual to help us raise the profile and brand awareness of INF in the UK, and to grow our annual income to £1.5million by 2022.

About the role:

You will lead the Marketing and Communications Team to raise the profile of INF’s work amongst key audiences in the UK through the development and implementation of relevant communication and marketing strategies. In particular, you will be responsible for the success of our direct marketing strategies.
The role will be based at our Birmingham office.

About you:
You are an expert in direct marketing, media relations, and digital marketing, and have worked in the charity sector for at least three years. You are experienced in motivating your team to high performance, and have a track-record in delivering successful marketing and communications strategies to raise a charity’s presence and generate income from fundraising.

Closing Date:  Tuesday 20th August 2019, interviews will take place in our Birmingham office on 3rd September.

Applications to be addressed to: CEO, INF, 24 Weoley park Road, Birmingham. B17 0RB. or
