Vacancy: Worship Leader
Top Church, Dudley is in an exciting new season. Designated as a resourcing church, in the next 5 years it will become an active and vibrant Anglican church, situated in the centre of Dudley with an average attendance of 250 – being a blessing to the local community and a resource to other churches.
We are on a mission to enable Dudley to experience life in all its fullness as Jesus promised. The role of the worship leader is central to this and we are looking for someone who will join this great adventure we are on!
The goal will be to create beautiful acts of worship of the highest quality, that enables people to worship God while also intriguing those new to the Church and faith.
At the heart of our worship is the table where we share bread and wine. To that end you will be someone who has a passion for contemporary charismatic worship and Anglican liturgy.
You will be a highly motivated leader and, as we are starting from ‘scratch’, you will need to be determined, creative, strategic, imaginative and tenacious. You will be excited about being part of a church plant, working in a team and be ‘up for an adventure’! A degree of flexibility and maturity will be required in order to grow with, and develop the role, as the demands and opportunities of the church evolve.

Closing date: noon on 18th July 2019 • First round interviews will be held on Thursday 25th July 2019 • Successful candidates will be invited to lead worship on Sunday 28th July.
This is a full-time post of 37.5 hours per week (inc: Sundays and some evenings)
Salary: £25,000 per annum plus pension contributions
