Vacancy: Voluntary Chair of Diocesan Board of Finance

CHAIR OF DIOCESAN BOARD OF FINANCE
(a non-executive, voluntary role)

The Diocese of Worcester is looking for a new voluntary Chair for the Diocesan Board of Finance – someone to help us to ensure we have the finances and strategies in place to grow the mission of the Church of England in Worcestershire and Dudley.

This role is key to shaping the ongoing vision, values, policies and strategies of the Diocese. You will be ensuring effective stewardship of diocesan finances and facilitating dialogue between parishes and the Board.

You will be a committed church member with proven experience in a senior corporate capacity. As an excellent leader you will be expected to develop the skills of the Board members and ensure that Committees work strategically and effectively to reach positive decisions.

Interviews will be held on 3rd February.
