Year Out/Worship Leader – Amblecote Christian Centre

We are seeking to recruit a passionate and motivated individual to fulfil a varied role that spans worship, media and our year out program.

Contract: 30hrs per week.
Salary: c. £12,800
Location: Amblecote Christian Centre, Stourbridge
Closing date: 23/8/2019

This is an exciting and challenging role for a person with the right combination of skills and experience who wants to serve God in a range of different ways within the local church of ACC. Working with the ACC staff team and volunteers you will manage and develop our year out program, providing pastoral care, teaching and leadership for those taking part in the year out, in addition to administrating and organising the year. You will also manage and develop our worship team, using your high level technical and musical skills to grow the team, train others and provide creative and technical input to the worship and musical life of the church, and lead worship. You will also manage and develop aspects of our media.

You will need to be self-motivated, have excellent personal organisation, be both professional and personable in manner, able to self-manage, and work to a high standard with agreed deadlines. You will need a wide range of skills and experience (see the person spec. for more details) and a passion to serve God through the local church.
