Living Springs Family Centre is a charitable residential assessment centre for children and families, set up in 1989 and is registered with Ofsted as a Residential Family Centre. We receive referrals from Children’s Services as well as Court direction to undertake comprehensive risk assessments of families where there has been neglect or abuse of children, or where there may be other safeguarding concerns. The focus of what we do is child centred, to see the situation from the child’s perspective, so that the child is given the best opportunity to develop, thrive and meet their full potential. The safety and welfare of children is our primary concern and any decisions taken or recommendations made will always be in the best interest of the child or children.
