In discussions of theological anthropology, we often focus on God the creator and Christ’s incarnation, but what contributions might be drawn from our beliefs about the Holy Spirit?
On Monday 12th July, the Theology Network invite you to join Selina Stone, Tutor and Lecturer in Political Theology at St Mellitus College, as we explore this question.
In this session we will look to the embodied spirituality of the pentecostal tradition and particularly to the notion of Spirit-baptism which allow us to have a more expansive understanding what it is to be human. We will explore how the Spirit seeks to draw the whole human person into her life, and calls us to attend to suffering in order to transform it.
