
We are looking for a Family Support Manager to work in our team in Birmingham and Black Country. This role is maternity cover.

The Family Support Manager is a key staff role which takes end-to-end operational oversight of referrals which Safe Families responds to; from initial referral, through matching and introducing volunteers, providing on-going mentoring and support to volunteers, to deciding when outcomes have been achieved and the case can be closed. The role requires extensive experience of working with struggling children and families, and in-depth knowledge and application of safeguarding principles and processes.
