JOB – Facilities Handy Person

Having well maintained and functioning buildings cared for by friendly enthusiastic staff preserves a good impression and upholds our reputation for outstanding customer service.

As a Facilities Handy Person you will have excellent customer service skills with the initiative to exceed expectations.

You should be a good all round DIYer able and willing to tackle small repairs and maintenance across two very diverse buildings, one of which is in a conservation area.

You will also require a full driving licence as transport requests are an essential part of the role. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and self-motivated, who will take pleasure in their work and delights in offering a service to others.

If you have the necessary attitude as well as aptitude then any additional training will be provided. This position is based across both of our sites: Operations Centre, Westport Road, Burslem, Stoke on Trent ST6 4JF and Broadcast Centre, Hanchurch Lane, Stoke on Trent ST4 8RY

Salary: £21,000 per annum plus staff benefits.
