Family Fun Day
Green Lane Baptist Church, the home of Walsall’s Mend-It community project, is hosting a fun day in partnership with Burrowes St Tenant Management Organisation on Sat Aug 3 from midday.
We will be having bouncy castle games, a clown, face and henna painting, food including a barbecue, a cake sale, health advice and goods stalls, police and the fire brigade demonstrations, a 35-ft obstacle course and more with the help of sponsorship from Walsall Housing Group and donations.
Guests include the Mayor of Walsall and the school awards ceremony which will be hosted by the TMO.
This year we will be supported by young volunteers from the National Citizen Service (NCS) and offer a warm welcome to the team who attend local secondary schools.
Entry is free. Some activities will cost £1 all day.
All are welcome to this community celebration in the heart of Birchillls at Burrowes Street, WS2 8NX off the A34 Green Lane opp the college.
