We are pleased to announce that Grace Foundation will be forming an exciting new partnership with Leasowes High School in Halesowen to launch an Ethos Team in early 2022.
Grace Foundation has a vision to help transform young people’s lives through holistic education. Our approach is to embed a Christian ethos team comprising of an Ethos leader, a Youth Worker, and a Family Support Worker, in the school, to develop the whole person, enhance student wellbeing, and improve student outcomes.

Ethos Leader (Full Time) – Leasowes High School
The ETHOS Leader will work as part of the upcoming ETHOS Team at Leasowes High School, in strategic partnership with the school, to positively impact young people and their families through holistic education.
