Office Space for Rental
We have recently acquired Brindley House (previously occupied by Summit House Support).
We have space available to rent in our new building – see attached that shows the section available. You can see a rectangle shaped room that has been divided in to 2 small rooms and a larger corner room. The rectangle room will not be split in to two now but will remain as 1 larger rectangle shaped room.
The office will have plenty of free parking and is close to Dudley town centre. For both spaces combined, the costs would be £15k per annum inclusive of a cleaning service, all heating, water, electric costs and a contribution to maintenance, repairs and CCTV etc. We could also offer printer/photocopying and telephony and charge for usage only. The rental costs would include free use of a large professional conference/training room and 2 small meeting rooms on the ground floor. Tenants would have use of all kitchen and toilet facilities. The building also has a lift and is mobility friendly throughout. We could also allow use in the evenings and weekends for events and activities as required.
Refurb works are currently underway but the office will be available from 1st April 2019.
