Places of Welcome Facilitator, Walsall
This exciting new role involves partnering with interested faith and community groups to expand the Places of Welcome movement across Walsall, increasing the existing number of venues and their capacity to support new residents and forming mutual support groups for coordinators.
This initially one-year post is part of Transforming Communities Together’s collaboration with Walsall for All (www.walsallforall.co.uk).
Walsall for All is a long-term strategy for creating strong and integrated communities in Walsall. It recognises Walsall’s strengths as well as challenges, and sets out the steps we will take together to break down barriers to integration.
Salary: £13,104 plus pension
Hours: 21 (0.6 FTE). Days, flexible by agreement (with additional hours available in neighbouring localities)
