Supporter Care Officer/CRM Data Entry Tester – 6 month Fixed Term contract
UCB is looking to appoint a new team member to work within our extremely busy and lively Supporter Care Department. You will assist with the testing of newly developed processes and procedures in our demo version of UCB’s forthcoming new CRM system, by updating your results/findings on to our Test Scripts. You will also assist in the re-testing of any fixes or changes and passing/failing them as appropriate. You will also assist with the writing and testing of the new procedures required. You will need to be numerate, have a keen eye for detail and confident in data entry on a CRM system. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be an advantage.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, have experience with CRM databases, have a positive can do attitude and be able to manage and prioritise a diverse and demanding but enjoyable role.
While this is a full time position for 6 months, we would be willing to consider a job share for the right candidates.
This position is based at our Operations Centre on Westport Road, Burslem, Stoke on Trent ST6 4JF
