We are looking for 2x Family Support Managers working in the Birmingham area!
At Safe Families we exist to create relationship and connection, offering support, hope and belonging to improve the lives of those in our communities because everyone deserves to belong.
The Family Support Manager is a key staff role which takes end-to-end operational oversight of referrals which Safe Families responds to within the Birmingham area; from initial referral, through matching and introducing volunteers, providing on-going mentoring and support to volunteers, to deciding when outcomes have been achieved and the case can be closed. The role requires extensive experience of working with struggling children and families, and in-depth knowledge and application of safeguarding principles and processes.
There are 2x roles available:
1x full time
1x part time (20-32 hours)
