Witness Course

A course for churches who are seeking to support asylum seekers and immigrants through the legal process.

Monday 16th September, 13:00 – 16:00
St Peter’s (Church of England) Church, Stafford Street, Walsall, WS2 8EA

This workshop has been written by Rev Chris Lane, who was previously an Asylum, Immigration and Human Rights barrister with 15 years experience. The aim of this training is to empower church leaders and congregation members in how to support people through our complicated legal system. Many people get worried what to say and what not to say.

We can’t give advice but this course does give general support and guidance.
It will involve a mixture of learning style, including up front teaching, case studies and group work.

We look forward to seeing you there!
