As we continue to endure Lockdown 3, the pressures continue to be great.
Schools closures, home-schooling, businesses shutting down, furlough schemes being extended, finances being further stretched and loneliness and isolation have once again becoming a biting reality for so many.
It has never been more important for the Black Country Church to stand TOGETHER as one, to pray and to celebrate and imagine what God is doing and what else He has planned to meet the needs of our area moving forward.
To that end, we’re happy to announce that we’ll be hosting another virtual gathering for the region on Zoom on Sunday 21st February from 6-7:15pm called “Together Apart – The Gathering”.
Our first two Together Apart Zoom gatherings in July and November saw over 150 people log on to Zoom and hundreds more watch live on Facebook. They were really great evenings.
Once again, we’ll be live-streaming from a professional studio and the gathering will explore a number of ways that God is moving in the region through the togetherness of His Church.
George Otis
Specifically, we’ll be hearing a pre-recorded video from George Otis, producer of the famous Transformations documentaries.
George’s message was originally recorded for us back in November but we’ve saved it until now to create space for people to respond to the very sobering challenge it contains. Therefore, following the live-streamed meeting, we will be inviting those joining us on Zoom to stay online and unpack George’s message together, asking any questions you may have.
