UCB is looking to appoint a part time Telephone Support Officer to work as part of our well established and professional Supporter Care Team. We are looking for someone who can commit to working 21.75 hours each week over 3 full days, although we may consider splitting the hours over 4 or 5 days for the right applicant.
If you enjoy the variety of a wide-ranging job role and can quickly adapt to the diversity of functions while offering a willing smile, professional service and calm composure then this may be the role for you.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be a gifted communicator both face to face and on the telephone and have a passion for responding to the needs of our customers, both internal and external. The successful candidate will be computer literate with the ability to read and digest information accurately, have a keen eye for detail, have good organisational and administrations skills, together with a positive can do attitude and the ability to prioritise a diverse and demanding but enjoyable role.
This position will be based at our Operations Centre, Westport Road, Burslem, Stoke on Trent ST6 4JF.
