Further Up, Further In: Christian Schools’ Trust Conference 2021

Equipping Christians in Education
Fri 19 Feb – Sun 21 Feb  |  Hosted online  |  Sign up via Eventbrite  |
Early bird deadline 17 January

Are you a Christian working or involved in education? If so, please join us and over 200 other Christian educators for the Christian Schools’ Trust 2021 Online Conference: ‘Further Up, Further In’from Friday 19 to Sunday 21 February.

In C.S. Lewis’ The Last Battle, the call to come “further up and further in” is made to those on the cusp of a great new adventure. As those in education with a distinctively Christian vision, we will be stirred through this weekend of events to come further into His plans for us personally and for those we educate.

This online conference, supported by Christian Concern and hosted by the Christian Schools’ Trust, will encourage, envision and equip anyone who is working in the education arena and desires to have an influence for Jesus Christ.

The challenges facing our children, parents and school staff are clearly increasing, but so are the opportunities. This is a great time for those involved in education to be inspired and encouraged.

This three-day online conference will include sessions and seminars on topics including implementing RSE in schools, how to have an effective influence even within a state school, helping pupils to understand the Bible, and addressing the current challenges of teaching through a pandemic.

For an early bird discount, book your ticket before Sunday 17 January. Tickets booked before 17 January cost £60 per person for the entire weekend. Tickets bought after 17 January will be £70, or £20 per person per main event.

The event is fully accessible online. All participants will also be able to connect and engage with organisers and speakers before the event through the ‘Whova’ platform. You will be sent the details about how to connect in advance of the conference.

Sign up today and join over 200 Christians in education who have already booked their place!

We will be joined by the following speakers:

  • Andrea Williams – Chief Executive, Christian Concern & Christian Legal Centre
  • Steve Beegoo – Head of Education, Christian Concern & CEO of Christian School’s Trust
  • Sheridan Voysey – Broadcaster, Presenter and Author
  • Bishop Phillip North – Bishop of Burnley
  • Dr Sylvia Baker – Author and Researcher: Swimming Against The Tide
  • David Freeman – Director of Highlight, Author and International Educational Consultant
  • Ben John – Wilberforce Development Officer, Christian Concern

If you work in education, or know someone who does, book your ticket or share the details through our Eventbrite page.
