Salary: Circa £20k (depending on experience and hours)
Do you have a passion for the next generation? Do you long to see young people and children come to faith and be discipled in their Christian walk?
We are seeking to recruit a passionate and motivated individual to work with our children and young people at Amblecote Christian Centre. Are you able to identify with and connect to young people? Are you able to lead a team of volunteers to provide a high-quality youth provision? Are you able to lead children and young people, nurturing and growing their faith?
This is an exciting and challenging role for a person (or persons) with relevant experience to reach children and young people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Working with the ACC staff team and volunteers you will bring leadership and direction to our youth department and oversee our Sunday children’s work. You will need to be able to lead and manage volunteers, be self-motivated, and work to a high standard with agreed deadlines. You will need a desire and ability to reach young people, and a passion to see the Gospel transform the lives of children and young people in our area.
