Walsall based slavery abolition group pits stop recently shared a campaign message at the Love Walsall breakfast. As representatives of Pits Stop, Penny and Neil shared that Pits Stop and other associated groups are keen to engage as many local venues as possible to raise awareness of potential and actual exploitation in and around the Commonwealth games. Poster(s) were distributed to display either at a work place, school or other venue.
In addition to posters, we have been provided connection to a pool of resources designed for the campaign from international abolition campaigners It’s A Penalty. One key resource you maybe able to share is the campaign video. The video can be easily shared and viewed across a range of social platforms, emails etc, so is a great way to raise awareness of this important campaign in an effort to reduce and more so prevent exploitation in our region.
