Living Springs are recruiting an Admin Coordinator.
The post holder will be accountable to the Chief Officer and work as part of our small team delivering our new supported housing service to vulnerable families. The successful candidate will have substantial experience in an administrative or similar role and enjoy having a wide range of tasks to manage with a ‘can-do’ positive attitude and will be expected to provide a professional high-quality service which meets our organisation’s ethos, vision and values.
The successful candidate will:
* Show a passion and commitment to seeing people flourish and reaching their potential
* Have a clear understanding of Christian values and be able to articulate how these can positively impact resident’s lives
* Be an excellent communicator, verbally and in writing
* Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft products and be keen to learn and develop new skills
* Work well as a team and independently, with experience of supervising others
* Be organised and able to maintain efficient systems and plan to meet agreed goals
* Have an understanding of safeguarding children and adults and other key policies
Salary £23,500 p.a pro rata for 15-22.5 hours per week (worked over 4 or 5 days)
