Church Leaders Breakfast Themed on Generosity – Compassion in collaboration with The Generosity Project

Dear Church Leader,

Generosity. It can often make us feel awkward when we bring it up in our church context. And today, it’s even harder with spiralling living costs dominating in the media, plus reports telling us that church attendance, giving and volunteering are all in decline.

Yet, God’s abundantly generous. He equips us to turn our attention away from our own needs and look out for opportunities to bless others.

In this spirit, we’d love you, and other church leaders in your network, to join us for a complimentary full English breakfast as we explore how to supercharge generosity in your church, within this current context.

Where generosity and mission collide

Compassion UK in collaboration with The Generosity Project is hosting a church leaders’ breakfast in your area. This will be a fantastic time of great conversation and community with other local leaders around how to fire up and equip your church to live out God’s call to love our neighbour and serve the poor.

As well as a complimentary full English breakfast, there’ll be an opportunity to spend time with fellow leaders in your area, listen to an inspiring keynote talk from Daniel McKinlay from The Generosity Project, and hear examples of the impact of these ministries.

You’ll leave equipped with great resources, including a copy of The Generosity Project, to help you guide your church community in their walk with Jesus.

Current availability:

Tuesday 14 June 9am – Novotel Birmingham Centre – Birmingham

Wednesday 15 June 9am – Moor Hall Hotel & Spa – The Royal Town of Sutton Coldfield

Thursday 16 June 9am – Village Hotel Dudley – Dudley

Book in here

Who else could you invite?

We’d love as many leaders as possible to benefit from what will be a truly inspiring morning so, please pass this invitation or the attached pdf flyer on to others in your network.

I look forward to seeing you there and sharing breakfast together.

Yours in Christ,

James Spencer
