Donations and Community Outreach Manager
Location – Provision House, Dudley
Salary on application and dependent upon experience Contract – Full time, fixed term, 12 months initially, dependant on funding.
Holiday entitlement – 33 days including bank holidays.

The Donations and Community Outreach Manager is a new role within Provision House. We are looking for a resourceful individual to grow income and donations from a range of sources, building local and national relationships with individuals and larger organisations. This role will support the CEO to grow and diversify income streams and help deliver the annual fundraising budget. You will work together to deliver the best supporter care, stewardship and impact reporting that will enable us to build and retain support within our wider strategic goals of Rehabilitation, Stabilisation, Progression. With the guidance of the CEO and Fundraising Manager, you will develop and manage an annual plan to maximise donations and support. We need someone who will thrive on working with people from all backgrounds, empowering people to raise money and helping to demonstrate the impact of their support. Resourceful, resilient, and creative, you will be proactive, and solutions-focused to make the most of every opportunity and make every supporter feel valued.
