We are looking for a Community Missioner who will build upon the fantastic work that is already happening and replicate it across the Brierley Hill Team Parish. The post-holder will be the key player in growing new worshipping communities. The parish is one of the most deprived in the country and for the right person, the joy of bringing more people to the transforming power of knowing Jesus will be an amazing opportunity. You will need experience of working with local communities and of nurturing the discipleship and growth in faith of individuals, together with recent experience of project work within a team setting in a community organisation. If you are a resilient person who can demonstrate a desire to empower others that will be of real advantage as will a knowledge of current trends in mission & evangelism.
Salary: £28,256 per annum (or pro rata) plus pension
