As part of the team that works across UCB, the Corporate Services Assistant provides support to the Finance, Training & Development and HR teams, making this a stimulating and fascinating job! In this role you will be providing administrative assistance and monitoring and checking safety systems giving you the opportunity to interact with all the teams that make the UCB community, and more. We know that you will have strong administration and organisational skills, and demonstrate how important attention to detail is. Your collaborative approach to working and the ability to prioritise a busy and diverse workload will be a must as part of the team. Your great verbal and written communication skills will ensure that we serve our internal and external customers well, as you many need to demonstrate tact and diplomacy alongside accurate reports.
You will be based at our Burslem site in Stoke on Trent but travelling regularly to our Hanchurch site is essential, so you must have a full driving licence as our site at Hanchurch is not serviced by regular public transport.
