Job Vacancy: Director of Campus Development and Recruitment
ForMission College is looking for a Director of Campus Development and Recruitment to develop the college’s UK campuses, nurture church relationships and support recruitment.

Location: Head Office (Rowheath Pavilion, Heath Road, Birmingham) and Campuses
Hours: 0.4FTE (2 days per week) (15 hours per week)
Salary: Band C (£30,000 – £35,000 p.a.)
Formission College delivers BA and MA programmes at several locations and our vision is to encourage and equip Christians to transform the world through missional presence and action.
We are looking for a Director of Campus Development and Recruitment to develop the college’s UK campuses, nurturing relationships with local churches and networks, and supporting campuses in student recruitment.
You will be able to demonstrate that you are IT literate, have excellent communication skills and are adept at building relationships. You will be educated to at least BA level, with GCSEs in Maths and English. This is an important post in a small, committed team, so flexibility and dedication are essential.
ForMission is a Christian higher education College and it is a Genuine Occupational Requirement that the holder of the post is a practising Christian whose lifestyle is consistent with the values and doctrine of the Christian faith.
Note: This role will involve regular travel to Birmingham (Head Office) and other UK campuses.
