We are pleased to announce that Grace Foundation will be forming an exciting new partnership with Q3 Academy Tipton to launch an Ethos Team in Summer 2022.
Grace Foundation has a vision to help transform young people’s lives through holistic education. Our approach is to embed a Christian ethos team comprising of an Ethos leader, a Youth Worker, and a Family Support Worker, in the school, to develop the whole person, enhance student wellbeing, and improve student outcomes.

We are now looking to recruit the following:
Ethos Youth Worker (Part Time) – Q3 Academy Tipton
The ETHOS Youth Worker will work as part of the ETHOS Team, in strategic partnership with the school, to positively impact young people and their families through holistic education. They will provide hands on clubs, activities, intervention groups & mentoring to help meet student’s emotional, relational, and spiritual needs.
Ethos Family Support Worker (Part Time) – Q3 Academy Tipton
The ETHOS Family Support Worker will work as part of the ETHOS Team, in strategic partnership with the School, to positively impact young people and their families through holistic education. They will engage with and support families to help improve student outcomes.
