FACILITIES MANAGER (Full-time / 37.5 hours per week)

Applications are invited for the above position at Lifecentral Church.
The Facilities Manager is a key role in the organisation, responsible for ensuring a high level of facility presentation, maintenance, preparation and service to all users of the buildings (staff, tenants, audiences, event hirers, local community etc.) and acting as the first point of contact for enquiries relating to the use of the facilities. The role will take the day-to-day lead on facility hire, health and safety and due diligence, and ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the facilities to a high standard.
It is a Genuine Occupational Requirement that the holder of the post is a practising Christian whose lifestyle is consistent with the values and doctrine of the Christian faith. It will be a requirement of the role that the holder of the post will carry out Guest Services duties at events and Sunday services at Lifecentral Church which includes providing pastoral support for any person(s) that may require practical and religious help, prayer and spiritual guidance (see application pack for more details).
