Phase Trust are seeking to appoint an experienced full-time worker to support the expansion and development of our work with families.

You will be expected to have:

– Relevant experience in working with children and young people with vulnerabilities
– Relevant experience in working with and supporting parents
– Good communication and team-working skills
– Experience in delivering targeted one-to-one support
– Experience of building effective partnerships with local agencies and community groups

Appropriate training will be provided for the role, where necessary.

The position will be initially offered on a 12-month contract ending December 2023.

Salary: £18,525.00 – £21,938.00 pa
