Launch Event – Graham Tour 2020

Save The Date 

Billy Graham always stated that we do not believe in mass evangelism, but personal evangelism on a mass scale.  We believe that God has a plan to reach the West Midlands with the Gospel, and He intends to use every single Christian in the area to accomplish it.

You, a key leader, and key members of your church are cordially invited to team-up with area ministries and catch a vision for what God will do in and through your church as we launch preparations the upcoming Graham Tour.

First, Senior Pastors/Senior Leaders and your choice of one key leader from each church are invited to attend a breakfast meeting in the 1882 Suite.  During this meeting, you will hear from several church leaders and special guests including Viktor Hamm, Vice President with the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association.

Second, you are then invited to join the rest of your leadership team and key church members that you select in the Banqueting Suite for the public launch, prayer and worship experience led by the Gas Street Church Worship Team and area Pastors/Leaders.  We will unite in prayer and officially launch with many different churches in attendance.  We will be asking for God to mightily move in Birmingham and surrounding areas among churches and in the hearts of the lost.

Third, kindly extend the invitation to your Youth Pastors/Leaders to attend a luncheon with fellow leaders from all over the West Midlands.  During this time of food and fellowship, they will have the opportunity to brainstorm and develop an outreach program that will reach the lost youth of this area.  This will be a fantastic opportunity to strengthen and unify the Youth Ministry Network in the West Midlands.  The luncheon will be held from 12:30-13:30 directly following the Launch.
We ask your help in urging some of your congregation to attend this special event.  We will issue each church twenty invitations for you to distribute among key members of your congregation.Twenty is a starting point, but please ask for more if you feel you have need for it!
Those who attend the Launch Event will discover these exciting ways that God can use them:

• How the Graham Tour can help to reach friends and family with the Gospel.
• How church attendees become equipped in evangelism and discipleship through the Christian Life and Witness Courses.
• Join in a nation-wide movement to make 2020 a year for prayer.
• How to volunteer now at the Birmingham Tour Office and at the Arena Birmingham in June 2020 to prepare the way for the Gospel.
