Office rental space available at CHADD (Brindley House)
CHADD are a charitable housing association providing support and homes for people who need support. The Bishop of Dudley is Chair of the charity and we are closely connected to the Diocese. We have space available to rent at our CHADD central office Brindley House – see attached that shows the section available. It is specifically the larger corner room – which can easily accommodate 6 people/desks.
The office has ample free parking and is close to Dudley town centre. The costs would be £9k per annum inclusive of reception, cleaning service, all heating, water, electric costs and a contribution to maintenance, repairs and CCTV etc. We could also offer printer/photocopying and telephony and charge for printer usage only. The rental costs would include free use of a large professional conference/training room and 2 small meeting rooms on the ground floor. Tenants would have use of all kitchen and toilet facilities. The building also has a lift and is mobility friendly throughout. Available also in the evenings and weekends for events and activities as required.
The office will be available from 1st April 20.
