The Emotional Rollercoaster – young people’s mental health training
We’re delighted to say that you can now book in for the young people’s mental health training. Called ‘The Emotional Rollercoaster’ it will offer therapeutic responses, approaches and activities to safely explore emotional health with young people. This training will be relevant for anyone who wishes to have a deeper understanding of emotional health and how we can best support others on their emotional health journey, especially during this time of lockdown and COVID-19.
This event is brought to you by TLG in partnership with Transforming Communities Together, to bring training FREE to the Diocese of Lichfield.
During our time together we’ll be exploring:
* What is emotional health?
* How can we handle big emotions?
* What does effective Emotional First Aid look like?
* How can we learn to reduce stress for ourselves and others?
