The Mason Foundation – Community Mile Project

The Community Mile is an innovative programme delivered in partnership with community organisations to support their community to be happier, healthier and more active.

We use our ‘Mile’ ethos as a vehicle to make a positive difference to people’s lives, working to bring communities together, encouraging more open conversations and improving overall wellbeing, all by doing ‘Their Mile, Their Way.’

A Mile could be a 1 Mile walk, Treasure Hunt, Litter Pick, bubble toddle or the equivalent of 15-30 minutes of physical activity.

We will work closely with your organisation to identify individuals (paid staff, volunteers, and local community) to provide training, support and empowerment to deliver a Mile for their community.

If you are interested or would like to find out more information please contact Emma Pettifer on Emma.Pettifer@masonfoundation.co.uk or 07737005506
